Card is always rejected in sandbox account

If you are processing with an etapestry sandbox account and getting this error:

We’re sorry but we received an error and are unable to process a transaction.
Processsor Error: Credit/Debit Card Process Failure (REJECT: 15 – Generic Decline of Transaction – Have Cardholder Call Customer Service Number on Credit Card)

It is due to an etapestry policy of only accepting sandbox payments of $1. To test your actual form (which presumably will allow for transactions over $1) you will have to go live. I know, but I can’t do anything about this one :/
