Whenever you’re ready, we can go over the plans and make sure you understand the options. You can always change your mind later on. Once we get you signed up and all the paperwork done, we’ll set up a meeting. I can work around your schedule for meetings and will come to your office or meet wherever you’d like.The initial setup is $225 and that includes 4 full hours of consultation and site setup. That should be plenty but you can always hire me for more time at a rate of $20 for half hour increments. We can always work out a better rate if you really have a boatload of photos, listings or specialty pages you’d like added to the site.
Metrolist will not allow me to build a custom site for anyone but a broker, but I can help you get the most from your template.
